For your added convenience, you can download the MT4 app on both your mobile phone or tablet to trade on either your live or demo accounts from there. The MT4 app is available for both iOS and Android devices, although currently, the iOS version is not working for devices updated to macOS Catalina. We are working on a solution to this. Can we add indicators to the MT4?Yes, MT4 is compatible with indicators. Kindly check with your 3rd party service that is offering these indicators, to assist you with installing them on to MT4.

What are the EagleFX Margin Rules?The Margin rules for EagleFX are: - Margin Call at a 100% Margin Level - Stop Out at a 70% Margin Level You can also find the Margin Levels on both your Desktop and/or Mobile MT4 Platform. Margin Call - this means that you shall not be able to 'Open' any further trades. Stop Out - this means that the 'Open' trade, which has the largest negative balance, will be automatically 'Closed' in order to prevent your account from going into a negative balance.

What are the fees for trading?There are two types of fees which are applied when trading: 1) Commission Fees - these are charged at $6 per lot RT 2) Swap Fees - these are applied when holding an open trade overnight. What are the minimum and maximum trade sizes?The minimum trade size is 0.01 Lots and the maximum trade size is 1,000 Lots.

What are your spreads?We offer a variable spread. This means that spreads are constantly fluctuating. What can I do, should there ever be a problem with any of my trades?The quickest and easiest way to report any such issues with your trades is to go visit our Live Chat, where we have a dedicated Support Team, comprised of specialists across all areas, who are all available 24/7 to assist you. When can I trade with Eagle FX?Forex markets are open 24/5 whilst Crypto markets are open 24/7. However, in circumstances whereby a client is looking to deposit a large amount and has provided proof of funds, we can certainly provide these details prior to the deposit is completed.
